  • In 2003, Bob Schultz was honored with the prestigious "Trina Ripley-Excellence in Education" from the Institute of Residential Marketing of the National Association of Home Builders. This is the highest award given by the IRM. It is bestowed annually upon an individual who exemplifies these attributes and recognizes those who have committed extraordinary time and effort to IRM's educational efforts, including instruction, course preparation, and committee involvement.
  • In 1983, he was named "Sales Director of the Year" by the Florida Home Builders Association and "Sales Director of the Year" by the Builders Association of South Florida.
  • In 1982, Bob received special recognition from the National Association of Home Builders as the "Marketing Director of the Year - Large Volume."
  • In 1981, Bob was instrumental in forming the Sales and Marketing Council of the Florida Atlantic Builders Association and was elected its Chairman in 1982. While he was Chairman, the NAHB named that SMC as the "Best New Sales and Marketing Council" in the nation.
